Townhome hard to leave

I love my unit. The neighbors are difficult because there is no child supervision and dogs not on leashes.

Need contact options.

You need to make tenant contact options. The phone number on the letterhead is "No longer in service". I attempted to call another number from Metro Plains website and got a "Office closed" message (3PM). I need local contact number and email address. The Rent Cafe is junk. Instead of a notice stuck in my door and subject to weather, you should begin contacting residents with email.

Little village

I like living in this little village... The majority of people are really nice and respectful... we have a handful of complainers... parking and rules are in need of work as well as things for kids to do... the rules are heavy... not gonna lie... but with friendly neighbors it works...
